But fundamentally, mentoring is always personal.

Even in a business context where I might be working with a Senior Leadership Team, our sessions are 1-2-1.

My services are about creating a genuinely safe space in which we can put my 'Thread Method' into action for you. Together we'll unravel any constraining knots and work through challenges.

Session by session we'll unpick the problems together and align you and your efforts for new confidence and growth.

Personal Mentoring

Personal Mentoring is the heart of my work.

Every client is different. So there's no one size fits all process. Instead, my 'Thread Method' is an approach. You can imagine it a little like untangling a big jumbled knot.

Progress doesn't happen all in one go. We explore to find clarity on the various struggles and stresses. We gain perspective and prioritise where action can be taken.

Each Mentor121 relationship begins with a free confidential discovery call. Because I believe finding the right mentor for you is critical to the effectiveness of the process.

So during this 30-60 minute call we get to know each other. We can explore the challenges you are facing and consider your ambitions and opportunities in a confidential and safe space. I can explain my Mentor121 approach. Together we can work through any questions and what you hope to achieve.

There's no pitch and nothing to buy on the call. It's a free session with no catch. Many people have said its helped them move forward and feel better just from the intro call. I look forward to speaking with you.

Mentoring for Business

Mentor121 for business is a little different.

Maybe you are looking for a Mentor for an individual in your organisation? Or maybe to help a team navigate change?

Sometimes there's not a problem but it's about investing in an individual to explore and release their potential.

To set up Mentoring for Business, I usually speak first with a decision maker in HR or with a Senior Executive who is seeking the mentoring support for their employee or team.

On occasion, sometimes an individual will find me first and we can speak to explore a mentoring solution that will be funded by your employer.
